  1. QROFF is a very simple text formatting program.  Originally written by
  2. David Parsons (Orc) to format the STadel BBS program documentation, it
  3. takes a text file with embedded formatting commands and outputs it in a
  4. form that can be printed as a final document.  Similar in a very basic 
  5. way to the TeX document processor.
